Shipping Information

As of now, we only ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Italy, and Netherlands. We are working to expand the places we ship to. If we do not have your country listed on our site, please DM us on Instagram to order.

United States:

Standard — $10 flat rate
Express — $20 flat rate

International: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Italy, and Netherlands

Standard — $15 flat rate

*International customers are responsible to pay any applicable custom duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges of any piece in new and sellable condition within 14 days of arrival date. It is up to the discretion of the Tchidite to deem an item in legible condition for exchange or return. To begin a return or exchange, please get in contact with us here. 

International Returns & Exchanges: We are unable to process return labels for international customers at this time. Shipments back to Tchidite must be paid for by the customer, and your refund/exchange will be processed upon receipt of the item. A separate shipment charge will also be incurred if you are looking for an exchange. If Tchidite is at fault for any order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right.
