Measure the distance in millimeters between the inside of the upper edge and the inside of the lower edge of the existing ring.
Choose the closest measurement in the chart to find your ring size.
Instruction to determine ring size without a ring:
Use a piece of string or dental floss and wrap it around the base of your finger.
Mark the point on the string where the end meets.
Measure the string with a millimeter ruler.
Choose the closest measurement in the chart to find your ring size.
